Caracas, Jun 10 ABN.- Venezuela's counternarcotics office ONA started the building of a pyrolitic oven that will be used to incinerate drugs in Guarico state, central Venezuela, initiative that leads to fulfill the goal of setting in the country 10 incinerator centers within the National Counternarcotics Plan 2009-2013.

This equipment will be placed at the task force number 28 of the Bolivarian National Guard and, according to the information given by ONA's Regional Director Kleyber Ferrero, this represents the tenth oven brought into operation nationwide.

Caracas, Jun 10. ABN.- The revolution arrived when Venezuela was on the brink of an electric chaos because the capitalist governments did not invest in electricity generation for more than 25 years despite population kept growing, said the President of Venezuela Hugo Chavez.

“We were sailing in chaotic waters,” Chavez said in reference to the electric emergency decreed in 2009, as a consequence if an intense drought that affected the entire country “and a series of failures became evident.”

Caracas, Jun10. ABN.- In the Venezuela's continuous effort to fight drugs, the National Anti-Drug Office (ONA, Spanish acronym) organized a forum called “Marijuana, Genetically Modified'”, addressed to the officers of the different Venezuelan security agencies.

At the opening of this event, the ONA President Nestor Reverol explained that in order to face the threat of the K2 synthetic marijuana that comes from the United States (first producing country in the world) and the increased levels of imports of this drug, which surpasses cocaine's, they are holding this forum to warn all the country's security agencies and strengthen the fight against drugs.
