Caracas, May 05 ABN.- Last April 14, we found the following news at the Spanish newspaper El Mundo: “Colombia's Government warns its citizens not to travel to Venezuela.”

The text reads that Colombia's “Defense Minister Gabriel Silva agrees the warning and affirmed that there are too many cases of violation to Colombians' rights in Venezuela.”

Caracas, May 05 ABN.- The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, arrived early morning this Wednesday in Santo Domingo, in behalf of a work meeting with his counterpart from the Dominican Republic, Leonel Fernandez.

During the meeting, the presidents expect to debate about accords in matters of counternarcotics, communications, as well as in the oil field.

Caracas, May 04. ABN.- About 1,300 cistern-wagons will be needed to transport the first oil shipment sent by Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA) and bought by the Belorussian company Belarusneft. The load will be moved from the port of Odessa, Ukraine, to the closest refinery in Belarus: Mozyr.

This is the first time in the history of this country of Western Europe, located between Poland, Russia, Ukraine and Baltic countries, that an oil shipment arrives from Venezuela.
