General conditions for services in Venezuela:

* 1 .- Responsibilities:

Caracas.Travel assumes full responsibility for all contracts and agreements including correspondence by email with their customers by offering its various programs and services.
Caracas Travel is not responsible for the acts of God, force majeure or any other damage to the company, including accidents caused by the outsourcing of services and / or delays of flights and business connections of any travel by air or by other means.
In case of mechanical problems with the boat chartered or general problems with a service provided by travel Caracas:
Caracas travel substitute another inn / service of equal quality and price or the worst offer another hotel - perched on a different period. In case of serious problems Caracas travel will return 90% deposit of the offered service.

* 2 .- Documentation:

* 4 .- No refund of deposit.

When travel documents are insufficient.

* 5 .- Claims.

All claims must be in writing and sent to our office by fax or email, no more than 48 hours after the termination of our service.
If customers are not happy with the service or condition of the vessel or service.
