RBV - Politics - GIS XXI: 89% of Venezuelans agree with price controls
Caracas, Jun 03. ABN.- According to the last study conducted by the pollster company GIS XXI, carried out between May 4 and 14, 89% of Venezuelans agree that the State has to intervene to guarantee low prices in all the basic needs basket products.
The result is similar for almost all social strata and puts Venezuela in the line with the suggestion made by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) about developing a stronger State, in the document presented as an agenda for equality, based in a new equation between the State, market and society.
